When hiring staff there is the dreary procedure of training, but when you play in sandbox mode all staff come fully trained. Some time ago I saw a mod that gave you fully trained staff in all types of play (at the same cost as fully training them), but now cannot find that mod.  Does anyone recall this mod ...and have a link?
