Spring is truly in the air today, especially here at RCTgo. Spring brings change, and change is usually good. That is all I'm saying - you'll SEE what I mean below

But IPB 2.1 has more tabs that are labeled differently with different icons. IPB 2.1 has Management, Look & Feel, Tools & Settings, Components and Admin. If you look closely at these pictures, you'll notice the difference. It also has a very different look. Again, the only thing I know of that even looks very close is Invision Power Dynamic.
