I think it would be best in the RCT3 Help forum, as we're helping him with RCT3. I've made over 76 billboards here. although if you don't want to use them you can make your own in the following way. 1. Get Photofiltre, an excellent image creating software, which is good for making billboards. Add text effects and other desired touches and then save the image as .GIF 2. Now you have your image in RCT3 go to the Icon with the tree,fence and bin, and then click on the Billboard image. 3. Then import the image you want by clicking onto it, and you're done. Or just have a look on RCT3X and on Xtras' have a look for the billbaords custom scenery pack. and download that.
