I have heard that you can dispaly videos rather than pictures on billboards. Is this true or just wishfull thinking?
If correct how do we do it?

it's true. there is a limit size but with this cheat: Alvin Swazonegger there is no limit. I think you do it just like you would a pic

I dont think they do, i got a wmv file to work, so im guessing no!

i did it once by accident, as i clicked a video instead of a pic, it only displays certain frames, not the full smooth running video

When I did it it did not drop frames...works fine for me. A little lag when you itsert it, but not much when it was playing.
