I'm going on a long weekend-trip to GB, this spring. (probably in May)
Of course I want to visit an amusement park...
witch one, is your favorit ?
And please post links, if you can...
Never mind the flat rides, I'm a rollercoaster guy.. :wink:
Is there a park, near Southhampton ? (there's something else downthere i'd like to see)

Others:

4. Flamingo Land
5. Chessington
6. Light Water Valley
Down South (Southampton)
I think the best park near southampton will be thorpe park!

are the rides for free, if not I think the 27€ entrance fee is expensive

Yeh, you pay for entrance to the park, then all the rides are free!

Just like the black hole at Alton Towers, I think X:.no way out, is errrrr, on it's way out? It has to be the oldest ride in the park now...

Its an indoor rollercoaster, not really that good!
Things you must go on:
- Nemesis Inferno (N:I)
- Stealth
- Collossus
- Rush
- Slammer

Ive been on worse.......its just basically a backwards.....pitch black indoor coaster with 4 or 5 block sections.Stealth opens in March, and this is one tall mutha coaster.(205ft)Colossus and Nemesis Inferno are both great Coasters too.The best flat ride by far is Rush.This ride kicks a?s.Thorpes trump card are the flat rides itself.Theres so many to choose from, better than Alton Towers.But Altons Coasters are probably better and theres a few more to choose from.Thorpe also has a great range of Water Rides which helps on hot days too.The price may seem un-reasonable, but hey m8......this is England, we pay through the nose for everything.Heres how id have it.
1 Stealth
2 Nemesis Inferno (Front car is a must)
3 Colossus
4 Rush
5 Vortex
6 Detonator (This ride is the Deadliest of them all...ride it and youll see what i mean.)
7 Slammer (This ride hurts your head....trust me)
8 Samurai
9 Loggers Leap
10 Tidal Wave
If your after a park near Southampton then your out of Luck.Thorpe is the nearest.Alton is up the other end of the country so Thorpes the place.

we're not going to southhampton anyway, so it's either Thorpe or Alton.
