Problems with Wild! - Endoftheworld - Feb 9, 2006

Hey everybody.
I just got wild!, and it's sort of making me want to throw something out the window.
First of all it takes FOREVER to load when I start up the game. When I start Scenerio editor or anything else it takes FOREVER to load. When I load a park it takes FOREVER to load. I'm waiting there for about 10 minutes each time it had to load. When I go to Coastercam, it freezes while I'm on the ride. The animals look like crap too. It takes about 3 minutes to load a coaster and it takes 2 minutes tosave and it takes another 10 minutes to close out of RCT3. It hasn't done this before when I had Soaked!, and I'm sort of shying away from RCT3 now just because I don't want to sit there forever to play it. Is there anything that I should do to fix this. If not or if it takes freakin' $200 to fix, I might as well throw Wild! out the window.

Dunno Frown It's always taken about 10 minutes for me to load a park. its crazy. Its the ram. I've only got 128 of it. upgrading to 512 or 218 or even 1 gb will easily improve its loading speed.

It seems to be going on and off. Once I open it, and it works perfectly. I try it again, it's another hour of waiting. I'm eally getting confused.

I suggest uninstalling it until you're able to increase computer specs. That way you could still play the game with Soaked! and lose the waiting time with Wild. Check into the RAM first adn go from there. I have 512mb and it's still slow for me. I really need a new computer, but I can only do what I can afford.

I have 1gb of RAM and it isnt overly fast...i guess you need a fast processor too.Ive only 2.4ghz and probably recomend something obout 3.3ghz.
