Universal's World of Adventures!-Closed - Neg-A-Tive-G - Apr 13, 2006
Rumours are coming from all directions telling that universal is planning on buying a large stretch on land near Oxford, England in order to build a new 5-star theme park based on the universal films etc. the land, owned by aqua corp., was originally used as a water treatment plant, but then went into severe bankruptsy after a plane crashed into the lake, spilling thousands of gallons of fuel into it, costs of cleaning it were astronomical. Now, the lake is clean and looks to be the future site of what could be the best theme park in britain.
more news soon, for now this is currently a romour

ok i have some good news, the romours have been confirmed!!!
universal have bought the land and are already constructing!! i have sources that tell me that this park will have 100's of rides and shows
i also have photographers on site snapping up some shots, from what i hear, so far a mini mainstreet has been added and we are not quite sure on the name of the park, i will have an update later on today with pics of the parks construction

Good News!
the name of the new park has been confirmed as universal's world of Adventures!
universal have also released an unofficial map, telling people only the areas of the park, you can view this map here:

another update
and a lot has changed since my photographers last went to the site, it seems that the area being built is the superhero themed area-Marvel Mountain, and remember the inside news my photographers got back with, well it seems that not only 1 coaster is being built, but 3 rollercoasters have been finished along with a range of flat rides!
also, news from the inside tells us that the 3 coasters are called:
1. floorless coaster-X-Men:Mutant Coaster
2. Flying Coaster-Vulture's Vengence
3. Booster Bikes-Bulls-eye's Rampage
although we have the names of the coasters they havent been confirmed so the names may change.

news has just come in that Marvel Mountain, the superhero themed area, has been completed and work is already underway on Cartoon Creek, a toon themed area lets see some pics:
