Colonial Gardens Thrill Park - Nook29 - Aug 10, 2006

You may remember me from a while back, and I've been absent for a while.

But I fired up the game again today and set to work on a new project!

It's theme is Colonial, and is going to be like a garden too. A few buildings, impressive colonial ones no less.

So far, there is the entrance done, a merry go round set up, and the first finished building.

So far, here is what I've done:

The entrance section. Inside is flowers.

The Merry-Go-Round, with a colonial style queue line.

The first colonial building, the first of a possible 4 or 5.

A night-time shot of the park.

Please post any thoughts, comments or ideas here.

Thanks for the comments.

I'm usually terrible when it comes to buildings, so I was rather pleased with the ones I've come out with here!

I'll be adding more scenery next, just been doing the basics to start with, things like that.

I'm going to need some logos for billboards and things, so if anyone can help with that, that'd be great. Smile

Thanks Scotland. Smile

UPDATE:

First coaster has been completed, but is only a kids coaster, called the Garden Coaster. It may be a small coaster, but features a nice building to cover the station, entrance and exit. There are flowers and some trees inside, and lamps lighting the paths.

Please post comments.

I'm also looking for some ideas of things to add, so feel free to post some stuff.

looks good what about adding a shoping mall or food court

RE: Colonial Gardens Thrill Park - Nook29 - Aug 10, 2006

I expect a food court will be appearing soon, perhaps next on my list. Wink

Well, I have created a McDonalds and eating area, possibly the biggest and grandest building yet.

Inside the McDonalds. The roof wasn't completed at this time.

The outside of the building.

A view from the front through the entrances.

Just needs some paths outside and lighting, and it's done.

Another update.

The Rapids ride has been completed, and can be accessed by the new train route which is half set up. The train route has 3 stations so far, 2 of which have their buildings completed. The Rapids, called the Oak Wood Rapids, shares a station building with the train. There is another station, before the Oak Wood one, outside the McDonalds eating area. The first station is situated to the right of the entrance building, but is yet to have its entrance completed.
