in that video, the person put tires on his rollercoaster to make it go wicked fast!! How do I put them on a rollercoaster. i cant find anything that says i can. By the way, can i still do it if i only have the original RCT3? Just tell me where to get the tires, or a download(patch) I might need for it. PLZ HELP!!!

That is a coaster made using The Wild Expansion Pack. Meaning hat without the Wild expansion pack you will be unable to create that coster with tires.
If you want to build a coaster like that then, using The Wild Expansion pack you will need to go the the Extended coaster, and then on the little extras page of the coaster building tool, click on the Launched Chain Lift option.

Well, the Twister coaster has the launched lift hill as well. You only need RCT3 to use that.
