Every time I try to start my game, an error message appears. It says "Conflict with Disc Emulator Software detected." What the hell does that mean?!!!! Please help!

Most likely that you run Daemon Tools or a CD / DVD Emulation Tool like the one delivered with Nero Burning Rom. Deactivate all Disk Emulators and you should be fine.
