Ill give a five, it's funny you started a thread like this, because i've been toying with ideas on what i would like changed.First and foremost, i would change the total coaster design tools and start from scratch, the problem is, the track pieces you get are very static, and can't be manipulated into the design that your usually after, i would have certain elements, Such as Tilt, Gradient, Track Type etc, but basically giving you the option to create EVERY different track piece, different from the last.Ride logos would also feature nicely on the cars.Supports is another issue, the ones created with the game, are incredibly crap, if it wasnt for Jcat, then all of us would of been bang in trouble, I was thinking maybe clicking on a point of the track, then click on a part of the ground, and letting the comp do it for you, and actually looking like the supports are connected to the track, with footings included.

There are a couple of things i hadn't thought about for RCT4 in your list Carlos, so i will give it a seven.
I agree G-Force, but this game also needs the ability to build everything in 3D space. You mentioned coasters being aligned to any angle, but what this game needs is to be able to do that with structures and paths too. I'm not so worried about the flat rides, but everything else needs to have the ability to be turned 360 degrees. Thats what i am looking for in RCT4, get rid of the grid system. Doing anything else is pointless without that first.

i think you should be able to control all the rides and ride them (ALL of them!!!) there should be real parks like alton towers drayton manor six flags las vegas stratosphere
and when you pick the ride there should be the manufacturers name and models available E.G.
huss:Rainbow, Top Spin, Flipper, Shot 'N' Drop Mondial: Diablo, Capriolo,
Gerterslauer: Euro Fighter1 Euro Fighter2 B & M: Vertical Drop coaster

Ok first those are good ideas but here are some things to think about.
First Banks and theaters are more something a bit more for Sim city.
Second I wouldn't like real life rides and theme parks because licenses cost a crap load of money, would you like paying 70-80 $ for the game and expansions?
Third the any city would be hard since there are a lot of cities in the world. Maybe any country?
Fourth the seasons aren't a great idea because almost no theme parks (except indoor) are only open in the spring and summer because of safety hazards.
Fifth are the staff (Police and body guards) are kind of weird because why would would you need police when you have the security, Body guards because who would need a body guard besides VI peeps so they could be a Vi peep's staff, not yours.
I don't want to sound like a jerk but these are some things to consider
The rest are good ideas though, I really want a resort manager and I like the parking lot idea. I'll give your post a five for some good ideas and some not so much.

I would give it maybe like a 7 8) i mean we have to keep in mind that this is an amusement park not a city....would an amusement park really need a bank? ATM's would be better:unsure:

You know, a restaurant wouldn't even really fit...I mean food "shacks" are good enough, besides when you play in sandbox mode, the peeps don't even get hungry untill......a long time!

A few things...
We dont need banks... atms are ok
We dont need sport fields because it's an amusement park
Hotels would be a nice add so that peeps can sleep
Thus having a energy meter so that you can see when peeps are tired
No police because security are fine
Bodyguards... maybe for important peeps or celebrity peeps
Wth is lifesavers? like when a ride crashes?
I think having peeps from different countries with different origins would be cool. So there could be spanish peeps or African or asian peeps.
Thus having tour guides and translators.
I think having glass tracks would be interesting.
I would love to see disney in rct4
