I can't find any of my saved tracks and pars for uploading. I can access them in my game but I can't access them when I try and upload them to the forums.

What operating system do you have?
I am using Windows 7 and the user files can be found in
C:\Users\UserNameHere\Documents\RCT3\Parks
Obviously, where I haver put 'UserNameHere' you will need to put in the user name you log onto your computer with.
For Windows XP look under Documents and Settings.
BTW, the title of your post does not reflect your problem. Perhaps consider renaming to 'Can't find saved files'. It makes it a lot easier for folks looking at your post and you are far more likely to get more responses to your problem.
