Always a I have this question, I see in the promotional pictures of soaked EP appear how a Tunnel with water, My question is, Is possible to make, Tunnels in a Mountain (For example)?

Yes, you can make tunnels into a mountain. Assuming you have Soaked! or Wild! , just build your ride into vertical terrain, and it will tunnel through easily.
