ive been playing a game and searching in custom scenario where i can change weather to always sunny , so i dont have rains or nights ...

If you start in sandbox mode , you can change the settings to daylight only and no rain. Hope this helps.

i know but i want it in custom scenario , i dont like unlimited money and hugee park so

For the light i think you can set the park hours so its only open during the day. About the rain, I don't know of any way in a custom scenario to stop it.

Somewhere in the park options or something, probably in a landscaping tab or whatever, there's a little box that lets you change the weather. (Sorry I haven't played in a while so I don't know exactly where it is.) At least you know it isn't impossible though(?)
