i don't like the way the posting works.
everytime i post something on the same forum more then 1 time it like hr's on me so it not a new post i don't like how this works can you put it as a normal forum will work because then how will people know your talking on your froum if you are not able to see them on the new post or anything like that!!

every time i post something after posting something like 10 minutes ago on quick reply it dose not post the other post as normal

That's a feature deigned to cut down on double posting, if you make 2 replies without waiting long enough then it will automatically merge your 2 posts.

No i never face this problem.Every time i used to make some post,i can easily post in any thread but if i want another post after making the previous one then it will let me wait for 1 min..
