Sorry I guess i'm not being clear. I want to rotate my park so I can see it from all 4 sides. Thank you all who are trying to help.

to do that hold on the scroll button on the mouse then move the mouse left or right

That will only get you up and down and side to side. I want to completly rotate. I know there is a way to do it. Just cant remember.

.... How about changing the settings for the mouse controls so that it's on "Freelook" instead of "Isometric"? ._.
