When building a coaster in Coaster Designer, how do I start with the station/track at a higher elevation? Not sure that it matters, but I am trying to build an air-powered launch coaster.

Never mind guys, I figured it out. Thanks.
(But if I raise the track, can I build a path or other means of ingress/egress under it at any point?)

You should be able to build a path under it after you place it in a park, assuming there's enough room for it.
