See over there to the right? There are three lines. Posts, Join Date, and Reputation. There is no better word to describe it that reputation. Click on the number and you can see the reputations other people have given you. If someone has been helpful, give someone one! I guess I'll give you this link, too.

also if someone has more than you and joined after you did don't get mad they don't really matter at all, they're really more of a way to show people your affection for helping you
