What does "Members Referred" mean? I see it beside member names in the member list, some people have some, others don't. How do you refer a member?

When a new user signs up to the forums, there is a box where they can specify if someone recommended them to join. If you want to referral, just ask a friend to sign up here and make sure he puts your name in the referral box.
