Freezing game after downloads - AshleyRose - Feb 6, 2013
No matter what I do, my game keeps freezing when I download something and TRY to add to my game.
I follow all of the steps if it has a README thing and I found on someones post a list of things you need to do everytime you try and download something from this site...
Here is the list.....
First download
Then move it to your desktop (means the home screen)
Then from there right click the file
Then a few options will pop up
Click on extract
Then once extracted the folder will pop up
Then click on start and leave the folder open
Then go to program files,Atari,Roller Coaster Tycoon 3,style,themed
Move that folder to themed
I have tried downloading about 20 things and only 5 have actually made it to my game and only 2 of them have actually worked. Everything else just freezes.
What am I doing wrong? Please use easy terms as I am computer stupid lol

some time this works and some times thing don't if you got thing from this site than that why it messing up

I must be extra stupid because they still freeze even from that site. I tried like 5 from that site this morning.

Is there anything in the file you don't need? Like read me files, pictures etc? If so, delete them and then reinstall them into the game. If that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you.
To delete the read me files or pictures just extract the zip to your desktop and then delete them. Then cut it and navigate to program files/Atari/Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum/Style/Themed. Paste it in the themed folder.
