New Avatar - Blu - Mar 17, 2013

Do you approve of my new avatar or should I switch back to my old one?

RE: New Avatar - rccoa coasters - Mar 17, 2013

I like it but it looks a little to "fancy shmancy" if you know what I mean.
so I agree with both of the options.
and it kinda looks like a cupcake shop logo.

RE: New Avatar - FlightToAtlantis - Mar 18, 2013

I think it's great, looks like it came with a CS set. It looks very Disney/Main Street. It also looks like you've received some kind of award.

Er-r-r-rm ..... perhaps you could consider getting your banner/signature to match?

RE: New Avatar - Ness64 - Mar 18, 2013

I only voted "No" because that's what it looks like. The new one is better though. Tongue

RE: New Avatar - Blu - Mar 18, 2013

I think I'll go with what FlightToAtlantis said and I'll make it match my signature better.

RE: New Avatar - sixflagsgr8 - Mar 18, 2013

I liked the old one.

really?
these are the threads you make on here...?
'hey yes or no on my new avatar'......?
whats the point, nobody gives a f--k about a new avatar.

this basically shows that you need attention to get approved for something digital you made for a website.

RE: New Avatar - Blu - Mar 18, 2013

Well that's one what to look at it, but unfortunately I am not a sports fan so I can't just pick out my favorite team and put the mascot. I like to think about it a little more.

RE: New Avatar - AzoRctMan - Mar 18, 2013

50/50 I guess.

Oh, I see. A actual confrontational approach such as yours which demands attention to get disapproval is much better than the assumption that someone's wish to share something is a secret need for attention for approval? What I don't understand is that if you don't give "a f--k about a new avatar" then why did you bother to read the post and then post a response. And if avatars aren't important then why did you go out of your way to who-knows-where to find yours?

And if it comes to that, while I personally value all our members, if you find our threads unacceptable "here" then in the future please make your posts at a place that's not here.

But congratulations, mate, your approach worked and I'm impressed. Your reply must have taken all the brass, temerity and unmitigated gall that you worked up to write it.
