I chose "I prefer several pools in each of my parks but in my parks there is not much else except the pools and park essentials." because of my hotel I'm making.

How about, no pool complexes, but a water park in which you use non-functional water slides to add realism and decorate it up with CS so that it looks lifelike and not like it was designed with the RCT3 pool builder. Or just make an Adventureland like Disney and have a bunch of water rides in the jungle.

While I'm not complaining, the pool builder does build with a certain 'look' doesn't it? If someone were to build a park like you've described it would be interesting to see.
