Camera Settings. What’s Your Take? - FlightToAtlantis - Apr 7, 2013

We all remember the viewing choices in RCT1 and RCT2 were isometric, isometric and more isometric. Most of us who switched to RCT3 found it was quite an adjustment getting used to something different.

I never played rct1 or 2 but I tried the isometric view in rct3 and it seems so hard to work with Tongue

Yes it's a definite step backwards, choosing isometric view. Hurts the eyes, doesn't it.

In RCT2 I can remember a few times trying to get that bit of pathway under another walkway that you couldn't see where you wanted to place it one way because of the supports and another way because of the terrain, if you tilted the view higher the ride entrance was in the way and if you looked through the back the track was blocking it so you had to really focus on what you were doing and assume it was done correctly although you couldn't see what you had just placed - because everything was in isometric and your view of everything was limited.
