Coaster Designer Not Working As Stated - Tomokata - Apr 12, 2013
Issue has been resolved, but I thought I'd leave it just in case. A reboot solved the problem. Durrr. I can't believe I didn't do that before posting. Obviously delete it if you don't feel it's useful to the forum. Sorry!
Original Post: I searched the forums and couldn't find anything on this, so I apologize if it's a repeat question.
I wanted to design some coasters, so, natch, I went to the Coaster Designer. It says it's supposed to be unlimited funding to build new rides. Okay, sounds good.
However, when I use it, it opens my last scenario save, complete with park in progress and amount of money that I have in that save. I deleted all my saves in game (I haven't gone into the system files) and it's still doing it.
I'm running Win 7 Home Premium, I am using RCT3 Platinum with the Soaked! and Wild! expansions. It is a reinstall after a game uninstall from about two years ago. It does not do this with the Scenario or Scenery Designers, only Coaster.
Any help would be appreciated!
