Right, Ive downloaded a RCT sandbox park into my laptop,
but I don't know what to do now...
Please help me.

Ok, what's the problem exactly?
1~ Download a park.
2~ Check if it's a park file.
3~ Put it into the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\My Documents\RCT3\Parks
4~ Open up RCT3
5~ Go to the Sandbox tab, and press load.
6~ IF done correctly, the downloaded park shows up and you'll be able to load it.
