Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - CalderCity - May 1, 2013 How do I upload a track with scenery to the website? I know how to get the track file, but I assume you have to save the scenery as a custom object and upload that file, too...? If so, where do I find said custom object file in the RCT3 directory? How do I package all the files together for upload? Thanks ![]() -Calder City RE: Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - BeastieBoyDrumma - May 1, 2013 in rct 3 when you save the coaster, you have to save the scenery with it, its the second button on the left when your on the screen where you name the coaster RE: Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - CalderCity - May 1, 2013 (May 1, 2013, 06:34 PM)BeastieBoyDrumma Wrote: in rct 3 when you save the coaster, you have to save the scenery with it, its the second button on the left when your on the screen where you name the coaster Oh, durrr. Wow. I couldn't ever find that feature and didn't think they carried it over from RCT2. I thought that was one of the dumbest things. So it makes sense that that's still in the game. Thanks, Beastie! BTW, I have a wooden coaster for your contest but the supports are.... eh. Should I still enter it? Love your channel. Not enough time... I'd get in but I'm already in the middle of building now.... RE: Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - lordddark462 - May 22, 2013 Is it possible to get the pathways to save along with the scenery? RE: Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - FlightToAtlantis - May 23, 2013 No. I'm sure we all wish it were possible but it's not. Sometimes it would be handy to save paths along with all the path add-ons. Path covers can be saved but once they're placed elsewhere you'll still need to place paths beneath the covers and the add-ons on the top of them. RE: Uploading Tracks with Scenery? - lordddark462 - May 23, 2013 That sucks. Thanks for the reply. |
