Hi everyone,
As I'm sure you know, we run advertising on RCTgo to support the cost of running the website. These are in the form of a single text and image ad managed by Maingate Ads, which we consider to be fairly non-intrusive.
We have recently applied to have our advertisements considered "non-intrusive" by Adblock Plus, meaning, if you use Adblock Plus and allow non-intrusive ads to be shown, our ads will not be blocked by Adblock Plus. As part of the process, we are currently awaiting approval by the Adblock Plus community. RCTgo's advertising will be considered acceptable if a week passes without any major concerns raised by the Adblock Plus community. Our ads have been approved as "acceptable" and will now display even with Adblock Plus is enabled, as long as you have enabled "Allow some non-intrusive advertising."
