How can I make steps on the sides of my track - jimbonoodle - Oct 21, 2007

I've watched other people make roller coasters with steps and railings on the sides of the tracks and I do not know how to make them.

you need to have a custom scenery pack that includes the coaster catwalks. I use trakworx by Jcat but there are probably a bunch more.

Yep, custom scenery. Wanna' see it? Just type http://www.vodhin.net/ in your adress bar and go to his RCT3 community pages. Go to their download section and find custom scenery. Sorry I can't post te EXact link, but I'm just a tad bit too lazy to do something huge like that!

Iv'e downloaded the catwalk set but when i click or drag the mouse over the picure of the scenery object (not the whole category) an error message comes up saying 'svd: sid' or something like that. does anyone know how to fix that =( (you might not)

Link is wrong. It really is vodhin.org, but it wont load up as well. It comes up with a error 404.(Restricted).

You probably installed the custom scenery wrong. Make sure it's in C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/RollerCoasterTycoon3/Style/Themed. (I think. It's probably different but you get the idea right?)
