I have a problem i can't click on people because that crash my game and open a fail post written missing resource.

Are you saying you have a park open, the park has guests in it, everything’s running regular until you click on a guest and then you get an error message and then RCT3 crashes?

If this is what you mean what is the exact wording of the error message.

Just from what you’ve so far written if I understand you correctly it sounds possible you’ve recently installed the game and are working on a park or on scenery and for the first time you’ve chosen to include guests while you’re working. Is this what has happened. Or have you been successfully playing the game for awhile and have made some changes to your system (for example several installs and/or uninstalls, or maybe a system clean-up) and after these changes you’ve started getting the missing resources error messages?
