I'm not the best at RCT3, I learn skills from other people rather than trying to get better at the game by myself, therefore I'd like to do a collab project with someone to help me get better at the game.

Some of us are good at creating something from scratch, others are better at finding something and making adjustments to that. The type of collab you mention would work best with someone in your neighbourhood with them playing the game at your place or you at theirs. I don't believe this would work well long distance with hours or maybe days between different stages in learning and game progress. I'd recommend you begin by downloading various parks, coasters, structures, etc, and begin working from there. You might also look at some of these items on other sites to get additional ideas. Then you could upload your work to our site, get critiqued and decide where you want to be headed in your game from there.
