like coasterfreak has mod, i have blue squares etc.

The little squares (they're stars by default) are already set up when you install; it's based on post count.

For the image under my name (Management), you set that up for user groups. Go to Admin CP > User & Groups > Groups > Administrators (for instance) and edit the "Group Image" field. Both stars and the image will be displayed if you don't have a "Default User Title" set for the group. There are some default ones in images/groupimages/english.
