You can also use the 0 key on your Number Pad for NoLimits' built in video recording. Be careful, though, file sizes can tend to get quite large with the built in recorder.

Yes file sizes are large for the recorder and fraps. I compress my vids when i do my final editing but if you want a free easy way to make the file sizes smaller you can download vitual dub and save your video with divx or something.
Fraps is better since i dont have to worry about seeing the no limits coaster logo at the top.
