Attention fellow peeps,

A new update is available for RCT3. NOTE: If you have installed any of the expansion packs, do NOT install this update. The contents of this update are already included in the expansion packs and their respective updates. If you install RCT3 Update 3 after you have already installed an expansion pack, your game will malfunction.

To obtain RCT3 Update 3 automatically, click on the Check for Updates shortcut located in the START > Programs > Atari > RollerCoaster Tycoon > Check for Updates or by clicking the UPDATES button located on the autoplay screen that appears when you insert the game disc into your CD-ROM drive.

If you wish to install the update manually, download the update from the RCT3 download webpage located here, launch the program and follow the on-screen instructions.

This update includes the following enhancements and additions:

Resource libraries have been optimized for faster load times
Custom billboards added
Online ad-serving added
Terrain can now be edited under coasters
Some rides' lights are now flexi colored
Park ownership is no longer reset when resizing park
Path and coaster tunneling added
Custom Shops added
Peep highlights now available for all peeps, not just custom groups
"Hide empty categories" added to finances window
Time for coaster auto-complete improved
Cycle menu music option added
Day/Night transition options added
