For B&M's, Moby's Steel Jungle and CoasterJoe's B&M Connectors for supports and CPCisco's B&M footers for footers.
For Arrows/Vekoma's, SafariJ's Arrow Pack for supports and the same for footers.
For woodies, Bigburger's Timber for both supports and footers.
For Intamins, CoasterJoe's Intamin supports and Coasterfreak's Intamin Connectors for supports, and Technodude's Intamin Footers for footers.

For extra thick round steel supports use Moby's Steel Jungle V2.

For additional slants and angles from h1 through h12 you can use Cpcisco's Steel Chaos which was made as an extension to Moby's Steel Jungle V1. Chaos has about 1,200 pieces.
