So we need NoLimits 2 added to the Tracks and Custom Scenery sections of the Downloads Center, correct? Are there certain file types I need to allow that aren't currently allowed?

As for a subforum, NoLimits 2 things can go in the existing NoLimits subforum. Just use the new "NoLimits 2" thread prefix!
