This may be a stupid question..but to clarify...

If I download a structure file...do I need to have the custom scenery installed to?
Or should I be able to just use that .dat file?
I've downloaded some structure files and some of them did not seem to work very well.
Like they were missing pieces.

i dont think you need the CS for it but it is better to grab all the sets for it
