So, I'm not a psychic but I know that you are all wondering, What the heck is "Goofy Video"?
Here's how it goes!
You embed a goofy video into your post off of Youtube, Vimeo, etc.
And it has to be funny! Nothing that could disturb people or that is inappropriate.
And then you reply with a video that you think is funnier.
