Here are are some reviews on youtube regarding the mobile app for RCT4 currently out.

I don't think there is another version (cd, download) yet. But from what I've read a lot
of people are not happy with the RCT4 Mobile version. In my own personal opinion, I would not
purchase the RCT4 mobile its just not the same thing as the previous versions especially RCT3.
But everyone has their own opinion.

The mobile and RCT3 are 80% of what I know about the series, the original 2 I would get but its not going to feel like a new game. At least we have water park tycoon, get the free download from beastieboy drumma for the game.

It's scheduled for late 2014/early 2015. You could probably find an answer in the Roller Coaster Tycoon section. Putting it here in the TPS part probably doesn't do much
