I tried
-Reinstalling
-Installing it in C: and D:

My friend is making a copy of his RCT3 right now so I can replace the folders.
but that's gonna take a while, and there is nothing about this error on the internet either :/

If you have a pc. The game should show up in programs(x86). In that folder you should see an Atari folder. When I've had problems with the game I've deleted that folder. I also removed the game completely. After doing so, I installed the game again. It seemed to work for me. However, I don't know if you have a purchased downloaded version of the game, or a cd version of the game. If you originally got the game (for example) from Steam, you would need to go to the Library folder and then download it again to install it again. Please note: if you try any of these things, I am not responsible for what my happen. Someone else may have another suggestion as well. Hopefully you will get it resolved soon.
