Love the coloring, the terrain painting and rock work is pretty nice, the only thing i would suggest is a bit more foliage. Even though its beach themed, I still feel a bit more foliage would help.

That looks much better than your first creation 
The layout itself looks more B&M like than the other one.
Station could need some more shapes, it's a bit blocky for this size.
Foliage is also better, but the rocks still looks a bit off in my opinion.
The rockformation at the end looks natural, but all the others look like they grow up from the ground.
But all in all this is a really improvment from you Colts
