First open the tool. Click load park and choose the file you want to use.

Click clean up the park file. This will remove any content in the park that you don't have installed.

You can then go to the content section. Click the little down arrow and you can either choose to create a list of missing content (for loading park files that aren't yours) or a list of required content (for making a list of cs for a download). You can click copy list to insert it into a forum post.

You can also edit how fast the time passes in the game. This won't affect the movement of the objects in the game, but it affects the actual time at the top, and also how fast the day goes by. You need to have the game opened to be able to do this and it is only temporary.

Is this like trainer or just a custom scenery identifier thing.

The 8CarsPerTrainer was a trainer used in RCT2 that allowed basically anything you can think of. Here is an idea of what it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqR67ZVYyjk

Ignore the voice. Can't understand him.

Unzip the file set to a directory of your choice. Then make a desktop shortcut to the Park CleanUp 2.exe file.

It's not a regular installer, you simply place the folder wherever you want and run the exe file.
