I am making a new tutorial series using RCT3 Platinum (PC) basic/beginner videos on Youtube. Anyone can watch them at any skill level. It will cover things such as how to install custom tracks, custom flat rides, custom scenery. How to adjust the graphic settings options. Many of the custom scenery files you download will have a .rar file or a .zip file. There are many programs out there you can use to unpack/unzip these files. I currently use 7 Zip it's easy to use and free http://www.7-zip.org/

Commonly used Cheats:

Mornington Crescent
This allows building shops etc. underground (use SHIFT to lower an object's position until it is say, level with an

underground path).

David Walsh
This allows removal of the user interface (ie all the icons, menus etc) using CTRL+U once the cheat is active. This is great for taking screen shots. Press CTRL+U again to get the user interface back

M Brookes
Enables you can place wall pieces and other scenery items on the edge of path tiles.

Guido Fawkes
Enables the "Advanced firework editor". Usage: Scenery -> Firework Mixmaster -> Fireworks Displays -> Add firework display

D Lean
Open the "Flying Camera" routes editor (also available through Ctrl + Shift + 0 without using cheat)

Jonny Watts
PeepCam (see the world through the eyes of the guest who you just renamed)

This video will show you how to save scenery items with your roller coaster. Example custom scenery (cs) used: Coasterfreaks station platform set http://rctgo.com/downloads/view/3768.

Compatibility issues with your game? Right click on the RCT3 icon and you should see properties. Go to the Compatibility tab. You can select which system RCT3 runs on. For example, I don't have windows xp or 7 so I would run for windows 8. Most of the time this fixes issues.

*Some custom scenery (cs) items will crash if shadows are on. This is why it is important to read the read me files.
