I need help making a rct3 custom folder to add my newly downloaded Windseeker. :P

what do you mean by that? normally you just make a new folder and name it custom

I can download windseeker says missing drives

I downloaded the custom flat ride and I didn't get how to install it eaither. I read the read me file, but it was confusing.
