I currently have RCT1 & RCT2 on Steam, and I have never encountered this sound glitch with those on Steam, but this is a sound glitch I wanted to talk about. This was back over a decade ago when I had all two expansion packs for the original RCT, while I had just the core game for RCT2, all on CDs. I also played them on an old Windows XP computer I used to have. With that said, there's a sound glitch that I would sometimes encounter as I played the games. The sound glitch mostly happened as I played RCT2, and it would work in a strange way. In many cases, the game audio would suddenly pitch down, and then it would pitch up, and it would make the guests sound like chipmunks. In some cases, the audio would immediately pitch up. This was fixable by resetting the games, but it made me think something was wrong with my old computer my family got in the early 2000s. So did anyone besides me experience this strange sound glitch? It sure was an interesting glitch for me.

Yup, interestingly it still exists in my Steam version as well. Although I didn't know that the glitch existed in RCT1 as well, it's only happened on RCT2 for me.

That's odd I used to play RCT2 on a really really old computer, and I never got that problem
