can somone help, right, on the cover and on some screenshots of rct3 and soaked ( i have both) on the tracks of the rollercoasters there are little metal posts with lights attached to them can somone please tell me how o get them or whick coasters

That is concept art....it isn't really in the game....but in soaked, when you build underground, lights do appear on the track.
