If you're talking about RCT3, I can try and help this. If RCT2, it should be super easy for me.
Custom Scenery should go into the ObjData for RCT2, and for RCT3, it should go into the appropriate files for such. CS = custom scenery (I haven't played RCT3 in forever, so another RCT3 player will be much more help than I).
