First I would like to thank those that responded to my plea for help under Introduce Yourself! I am leery joining board/forums because my experience with established members treating new people with a superior condescending attitude. Not here though - everyone has been friendly and helpful from the start!

By luck, I found a back-up of my Style/Themed folder in an obscure location of my hard drive (don't remember creating it lol)
My question...Is it permissible to upload this file (provided I add a READ FIRST text file that states all credit goes to DasMatze)? For some reason the only link to this file was one that led to a site not available. It is for DasMatze's Railroad Sound Events which is an awesome addition to his German Railroad Crossing Kit.
If it is permissible then what upload tab should I use because it is a Sound Event?

Are you just trying to upload the RR Crossing Kit, or your whole folder? I'm just confirming first because it's a huge difference, lol.

Just the Railroad Sound Event folder. As a 7z file it is 2.14 MB.

The Railroad Crossing Kit is easily available but the Sound event isn't and I like it so much I would like to share it.

There should be no reason why you can't upload it considering DasMatze is no longer part of the active community (as far as I know). Just give proper credit where it's due.

That is the best thing to do when uploading not of your own creation; give all props. It is good to see a bit more CS come around on site though.

Agreed! Love ShyGuy, Vodhin and DasMatze's stuff and also Ralfvieh and Station Jim jr. made some awesome sets!

I wonder if there's anyone on this site I could ask to make custom scenery ctrs and things. I have some specific things I really need that aren't available.
