RCT3 has this amazing feature where you can upload custom pics and put them onto billboards. But, the game is only optimized for windows xp. This is a very simple fix. On Windows 10, open Command Prompt and Copy and paste this command:
mklink /j "Documents\My Pictures" "C:\Users\<your name here>\Pictures"
Hope this works as this worked for me ; )
