I've been playing RCT classic that has whacky worlds and time twister from the playstore on my android tablet, can I download tracks, parks from here and upload them? I dont know if or how to on my tablet/phone.

You can, and some of them work in Classic. If the scenarios were made in OpenRCT, they usually won't work. It's a crapshoot. I try them all anyway
