When I downloaded the file from https://www.customscenerydepot.com/index...w;down=797    it downloads as a .rar file, and I am very confused on how to get this file to work in the game.

First extract The rar file then Put the Cars in Cars/TrackRidecars folder and the track in Tracks/TrackRides
